Yeah I bookmarked the nutrition one as well, I'm going to cut my carbs down a bunch.

Well I mean I'm going to cut down my carbs but keep the cals up. A lot of people on t-nation did that and they gained muscle.

well did they hav the same goals as you? don't do what everyone else does if it doesn't fit your goal

you'll still struggle i think...if you wanna get big then eat, if you wanna get cut then time carbs...you can't do bioth properly at the same time

The only possible way I could see to cut Carbs and get bigger, might be to take out a little Carb, add the same anount of Protein in I.E. 5g per meal, and then you change ratios but maintain Cals.

However this is guesswork, and I can't adequately say how your body would respond to that.

i'd say 200 is too low eevn if ourt 190pds...i'm 160 odd and have 240 at least most days and i'm do low ish type volume...you need at least 3.5g per pd of bodyweight to gain decent muscle which has you at over 400 on training days easy but as bossman said, it;s all guesswork until you do it
