well there isn't any superfoods, you just need to eat enough food overall for muscle growth
anyway best foods are:
protein - red meat, chicken, eggs, turkey, pork, fish, tuna, sardines, salmon
carbs - fruit, veg, salad, rice, bread, pasta, cereal (the last 4 need to be timed properly for the best effect)
fats - avocados, natural peanut butter - you'll also get a lot from protein sources
go to diet section and read "read before posting..." |

| Well some would claim things like Borccoli and Soybeans are superfoods, for the amount of Micros and Macros in them, but they could be part of a BB diet, however drinking Egg Whites could cause Salmonella, as the Bacteria is not destroyed like it would by saying Scrambling, boiling etc etc. |

Although infamous for potassium super powers, one small banana supplies about 1/3 of the recommended daily allowance of Vitamin B-6.
Other nutrition facts surrounding this Super Food:
- The banana is a good source of folate, Vitamin C & magnesium.
- The banana is naturally low in sodium & fat.
- The banana contains about 2 grams of fiber per serving.
- The Vitamin C content in bananas helps combat infection.
- The potassium content in bananas combat high blood pressure.
- This super food promotes good digestive health and has the capability to combat both diarrhea & constipation much like the power of bran. Talk about non-partisanship!
Thats besides the point.... but still.
for the egg thing... well i would cook them lol |
