Hey everyone,
I was hoping somebody could help me out with this machine Tech Rod . I am trying too come up with the best 3 times a week routine I can too acheive maxium fat loss while devoloping or not losing muscle.
If someone could help me break up the excersises in groups and tell me how many sets/reps I should do would be great help in getting started!
All excersises you can do with the machine is on the page. Thanks alot |

| in al honesty you could have spent half the cash got some free wts and then do 10 x better workouts...some of the exercvises are alright but most of them are rubbish..at best you'll need a bodyweight program if you don;t have any free wts coupled with some of those exercises...i couldn't look myself in the eye if i gave you a program based on that thing exclusively |

Well thanks I guess man......I mean I didnt spend any money a friend was moving and gave it too me.
I was just trying too do something other then what I have been doing which is nothing.
Can u suggest a body weight routine possibly? |
