i saw an ad on beach body and it mentioned a workout program called th p90x, its supposed to get you in the best shape of your life in just 90 days. Anybody know if this works or not??  [/img] |

| I tryed some of this program and got decent results but i found to much cardio type work as well as some of it being very hard to do. good for shredding weight but muscle building is not its priority plus u need 1000000% clean diet |

| P90x will kick your butt. I got thru 60 days, but had to stop for the big V surgery. I have never been so challenged by a workout. It is an awesome routine, but it is hard, very hard. |
