| It's pretty simple: if you smell, wash yourself. The benefit is you won't smell anymore. |

Unfortunately, the people who smell the worst are usually the last to notice.
Shower after exercising, gardening, yard work, playing sports, etc…basically anything that will make you sweaty or dirty. As a general rule, you need to shower everyday regardless of how clean you think you are. |

| I know that excessive showering can actually wash away the oils you need to keep healthy skin, which can lead to problems. Also, if the water is too hot you can damage your skin over time. Finally, it's been found that certain soaps and shampoos can damage your hair if used in excess, which is a possibility if you shower often. |

Depends, washing with cold water to get all the dirt and sweat off you is wat you would want to do if your taking more then one shower a day.
Hot water can dry your skin out. washing to much can take all the oils you need out of your hair and skin. Which is not a good thing.
DO NOT!!! Wash your hair with soap or water more then one time a day if possiable! this will take all the oils out of your hair that it needs and can make it dry and un healthy! your actually only supposed to wash your hair with shampoo once every 2 days, use hot water on your hair in between. I break that rule though.
I take a shower in the morning to do my hair and get ready, if i get back from a hard work out i take a cold shower to clean up. I do not wash my hair and i do not use hot water, warm waters good to.
Smell-
If you smell... please do relize it. When I sweat, i do not smell. i still shower after to stay clean.
Now the girl I work out with does smell when she sweats. this is a must need to take a shower after a work out then!
Some people naturally smell bad. Truly, not in a mean way at all! Its the oils and sweat your skin takes in. There are medications to control the hormone that cause your stench! Also depends on the house you live in. If your house smells... you will smell! |

Yes washing a lot could possibly remove oils from skin. Some products attempt to replenish or protect oils from beign stripped to some degree, but I'm pretty certain they can be lost ot a certain extent.
Also some things can later the skins PH to a small degree, but I don't think it matters too much, as long as you don't use them a lot. |
