Those things might, because often the calorie contant in some is less than an actual meal.
The thing is if you drink something with 200 calories in it 2-3x a day, instead of meals, that might have 400-500 calories in them, 4-5 times a day, you can expect that to happen.
That doesn't automatically mean the drink has enough calories anyway, or you're getting fulfilling amounts of minerals. There's weight loss Good, and weight loss Bad, some meal replacement shakes often fall into the latter category. |
