Ok, maybe for some a stupid question, but for once i would really like to know..
I want to loose some weight, and I am doing this by some cardio but mostly weight lifting ( i really really love weight lifting)
The thing what makes me so confused is that by lifting you gain muscle but with cardio you loose it??
So what should i do? skip the cardio?
My routine now is 3x a week weightlifting and 2x a week cardio, i just read last week that there has to be at least 48 hrs between any weightlifting sessions so on the days i am not lifting i will do the cardio instead.
Can somebody please help me with my confusion? |

| cardio wothout wts and adequate cal'sa loses muscle...as long as cal's are good and wts are there you should be fine...do sprints 1/week outside and then do 1 other interval training session along with 3 full body wt workouts a aweek and clean up your diet |
