Well, we can't judge much because we don't see legs and back ... For how long have you been training ? And a before pic could help us too.
But you look like on the good way, continue to work hard. And I hope you are not on a fat lost process ? Focus on building muscles over a year or two, read here and ask questions.
To comments a bit, nice lats development so far, you are not fat witch is a plus to start. |

Yeah well i need someone else to take some pics of me for the future. I've been working out for alittle over a year but with a 3 month break i tore my chest and school got hectic
My program is currently Training for Easy-Hard Gainers II by CT jsut coming off waterbury method and waterbury summer program |

| Haha i dont think ronnie coleman is even in the picture for me swanso 350 Lbs beast who takes me supplements in 1 day tehn ill take in my life, diets like crap and still is huge also probably juiced up big time at some point i jsut dont think its natural to look like that but coleman is a TANK!!! |
