If my abdominal muscles were to be so big could they be noticeable through fat?
and i read using heavier weights causes you to get bigger....i normally lift about 25/30 lbs and i tried 2 lift about 30/35 lbs one day...i felt the stres in my arm but i didn't seem 2 b doing anything but straining myself. i could do about 7 and stop. is that good?
also i will be returning 2 school about september 10th today is july 12th...will i b able 2 see a physical change in size by then. and will my peers notice? |

1 - no
2 - heavier wts are needed to get stronger and THEN bigger
3 - you should be straining, it's not meant to be easy
4 - if you get 7 one session then get 8 the next session until you can do 12 then increase the wt and do as many as you can again working up to 12 and increasing again etc
5 - if you train and eat 100% better than you are now
6 - if you do "5" then yes they will |
