hello,
Im having a good average physique but since chilhood my arms are vry weak..i have been working out since 8months and i see good improvement in my body except my arms...its just 12inches or less since 8months can someone advice me a good workout routine which would help me to concentrate more on my arms? will my arms gain weight if i workout on my biceps and triceps everyday? whatever i workout i get a bulk on my chest or shoulders but not my arms.
Kindly advice.
Thanks in advance. |

| you need to increase overall body size to increase arm size so curls and shit won't help there...get into deadlifts, squats, lunges, rows, chin ups and shoulder presses, no machines, full body wrokouts and lots of food |

arms are little, to have big arms you need big shoulder, to have big shoulder you need big chest, to have big chest you need big back, to have big back you need big abs and legs.
Overall mass you can't just have arms and chest/shoulder. That just don't work like this.
So train your leg and back then chest and shoulder and arms will come.
Also to be big, you need to eat big. |

Definitely. I put very little emphasis on specific arm work and let barbell rows and dips do the work for me. Huge gains since I started doing them. I had been afraid of bb rows for a long time because I injured my lower back pretty bad doing them, but my back is a lot stronger now. Go for it! |

You think that by training seriously and dieting right you will overnight look like hulk (steroids head) ? Come'on
And if by athletics you mean lean. Well it's all about diet. And working directly arms won't help you staying lean. |
