hello everyone.

i have been doing full body x3/week and upper/lower x4/week programs.

so how does this one work? isnt 8 sessions per week somehow too much?

right now i have enough time to do 2 sessions/day 8/4days as the last phase in the program say.
but how does this help more than 3 or 4 days full body type programs?
and if this gives same results then why bother doing it lol?

thanks for help in advance^^

more frequency equals more volume...volume builds muscle so the more often you can train, the bigger you'll get and the faster you'll get there

if you've followed the entire program then no because you've slowly increased the frequency over the first 6 weeks to get you ready for this phase
