|
|
hello everyone.
i have been doing full body x3/week and upper/lower x4/week programs.
so how does this one work? isnt 8 sessions per week somehow too much?
right now i have enough time to do 2 sessions/day 8/4days as the last phase in the program say.
but how does this help more than 3 or 4 days full body type programs?
and if this gives same results then why bother doing it lol?
thanks for help in advance^^ |

| more frequency equals more volume...volume builds muscle so the more often you can train, the bigger you'll get and the faster you'll get there |

| if you've followed the entire program then no because you've slowly increased the frequency over the first 6 weeks to get you ready for this phase |
