well ive lost 30 pounds, gained some muscle, but stil have some fat.
i now weight 150, im 5'8", 16 years old. i want to loose another 20, be around 130. for how long should i work out? im not really interested in gaining much muscle though, dont like lifting weights. i work out everyday but i dont realy know what order, at what time and for how long i should work out. i like tredmill elliptical, all the cardio machines.

i can't think why'd you wanna be that wt...
how about you maintain your current wt and lose whatever fat you have left
go to diet section and read "read before posting..." which has fat loss eating and training info in it |

5' 8" at 130? Ouch and a male to boot?
me-5' 8" and 230 lbs., even the height/weight chats say you should be about 179 lbs. Perhaps you should take some pics and re-evaluate your choice on weight, it sounds very unhealthy to me.
Sorry if I offended, but wow is that light, haven't been that since like grade 4 or 5. I've been 5' 8" since grade 6 and never below 160 lbs once I hit that height and as I developed in high school haven't been below 200 lbs since grade 10. (sorry I went to 190 once but got so sick from being so light I had to put some back on).
Wow,
Cheers |

| mate building a lot of muscles takes yrs of bloody hard work and a ton of food and frankly i don't think you've got it in you so you'll be fine...still lift heavy and eat clean and you'll be fine, it's just not that easy...go back to my suggestions a couple of posts back |
