I am in the middle of no where land and I will be doing a P.T. test for the Army. I do the statinary bike which needs to have two kilopunds of pressure on the bike. A stationary bike is not avaiable here but we doing have the regualr gym bkie that have leavels. Question is what level equals two kilopounds? Thanks

do you know what test it is?
i think i know what you mean and i'd say it's probably a 6 - 7/10 effort level for you...either way, put your bike up as high as it goes and pedal like a demon, it won't be that high anyway so you'll blitz it |
