Hey everyone, I'm new here. Does anyone have advice about how to loose fat around the chest area. As you can tell by my username, I like running, and I'm about to start my 3rd cross country season. I also run track. I used to be overweight, but since I started running I've lost a lot of bodyfat. However, I have stubborn fat around my chest. Does anyone have any advice? Oh, and in addition to running, I also do pushups on most day of the week. Thanks!
And by the way: I'm 17 and a guy |

| well running is your problem....cortisol build up is high which stores fat and your testosterone is low as can be for a 17yr old...lift some wts and eat some food |

| What weigh lifting exercises would be the best for my situation? Squats, deadlift, bench, shoulder press, lunges, pushups, flys? |

| well you'll still need some strength work to maintain where you get to so you'll need to plan it all out to get recovery and training balance right |
