I'm losing weight. I've lost 41lbs. I only have one source of "before" pics - a friend who took some videos down at my farm in the middle of July.

Here are the before and "mid phase" - my total goal is 72lbs of weight loss before I head back to my doctor to see "where I'm at."

My question is, in all sincerety - do you see a difference? Because I see myself every day and... I feel like I can't see a difference.

You should show a side pic wearing the same shirt since the video shows you mostly from that angle.

Yes, I can see a difference, especially in your face and neck.

I definetely see a difference there. The thing is, when you just continualy look in the mirror to check for differences, they are so little in one day that you dont notice everything and you look normal.

That is why you think you look the same although it definetely looks like you have lost a lot, your neck and face are thinner and you dont see your stomach/pecs sticking out anymore. If you really want to notice changes, take a picture of yourself and every like 2 months take the same pictures at same angles and compare. You will notcie something.
