| there are so many exercises for each muscle could i say pick 2 from the list and would that be enough to work out that specific muscle ? or would i alternate between each exercise everytime i work that muscle |

| IMO, three exercises per muscle vs. two in a training session, with 24 to 30 reps total per exercise. Train that muscle one time per week so that it gets lots of rest to recover and rebuild. |
