has anyone tried the body for life challenge ?
is it worth doing any views would be greatly appreciated im new to bodybuilding thanks  |

| any program followed properly will work...i'd opt for the waterbury method at this time though |

I just started the Waterbury yesterday and will do so for the next 4 weeks. I really feel it in my legs this morning after the 10x3 set/rep scheme. I hoping for some phenomenal results at the end of the program.
My next question for swanso at that time will be, What next? |
