| k its only been 5 days since i started my new routine i feel grat and i can alredy see results but my stomach is growing alot i havent been doing any ab work should i add it to my work out or just wait till i start cutting down? |

| Yes. You still need the strength whether you are bulking or cutting. |

| Start with a basic movement, and do 3 sets of 10, with about 10-15 seconds break between each set. |

| are you eating too much? you couldn't change that much in 5 days...your gut will be the last to go so if your losing from around it may just look out of shape in comparison |

well its actually back to normal now it was only like that for like 2 days weird never happened to me before
but theres somethon else to lately for about a week now ive noticed my situation downstairs aint as great(if i may) as it usually is my gf has notices too is it cause my training or diet? |

i dunno its never happened to me before
its weird im still young n stuff i dunno i dident really think much of it timm my gf mentioned it
might just be a phase i hope or would it be the heavy lifting? |

it started since i started eating more and lifting heavyer
its kinda getting back to all its glory now but still not as mighty |

lol no
i went to the doctors today and she told me it was fine it will be back to normal soon so theres nothing to worry about just sometimes its not as great as it usually is |
