| I want to get a nice set of abs with lower body fat and nice set of abs and just look better than what i do. i have been working out for 5 years now and i want to make better changes it seems im not achieving nething much. i am not a obese or overweight person at all. i workout 5 times a wk. i do cardio almost everyday. i do resistance training i do legs or lower body all on one day and 3 muscle groups together and 2 other together upper body i do abs every other day or too. i try to watch my diet much as i can. what would be a nice workout plan for me if i want to loose more body fat. should i do do higher weight for my upper body and lower reps to loose body fat and gain muscle to get divine? |
