Ok, heres the deal. Im a thirteen year old who wants six pack abs again, the only problem is no matter how many exercises i do, i never SEE the abs, i only Feel them under a flap of baby fat or something, i only ever see a 2 pack in bright light, barely 4 in shadow. I feel them. i know i have them but i cant seem to get it showing after a couple of months. Ive been doing "six pack exercises", my six pack mom says im doing them right, so i dont know what the deal is. Can anyone give me some advice on how to get the "flab" aka baby fat i think away??? THANKS!! |

| cardio and diet are the best for losing fat, such as running, jogging etc and try to eat 5-6 small nutritional meals a day. |

ab exercises won't get you a 6 pack....
squats, deadlifts, sprints and plyometrics will though |
