Hello All,
Well since I've started eating and working out 5-6days a week I have lost a lot of fat and gained muscle and now probably have to buy new clothes.
Anyways, I have read the men’s health magazines and other things on the internet. I’ve heard people say not to do ab workout until you see them with diet and exercise.
Are you to work out your abs even when you have fat (not a lot) covering them
Sorry if this is a stupid question.
Thanks in advance |

It's horses for courses.
Some people might desire to cut Abs Fat, then Bulk Abs. others may just bulk Abs with the rest of their body, and try to keep calories fairly controlled to limit any Fat increases with Muscle.
There is no right or wrong way, regards whether to bulk or cut Abs first, I think, there's only a right or wrong way when you begin to bulk, when you do bulk or train Abs. |
