10am oatmeal with raisins (Fine, but just be careful of low protein here, incase it is low. Perhaps think of having this meal an hour earlier.)
workout and cardio
1pm Turkey hero no cheese, (mustard lettuce tomatoe) (Decent meal, but can the Mustard, no need for it.)
4pm don't know really (Have some Meat / Poultry and some Veggie, or something else like a Yohurt, and some Protein)
6:30PM have something like Meat / Poultry and Veggie, or maybe a bit of fish and Veggie, or a bit of Rice with instead of Veggie.
9pm had chineese (i know that's horrible) (You said it I'd have something like about 5 scrambled Egg Whites, 1 Yolk, and then a small portion of someting like Grapes, or a small Tangerine, for a bit of Carbs. Have the Fruit about 10-15 minutes pre Eggs.)
