| I do 3 sets of 50 crunches every 3 days. I also do hold a 20 pound dumbell in each hand and kind of lean forward like I'm touching my toes then pulling myself up with my abs. I do this after my crunches. With the proper diet, how long should it take before I start seeing some resullts? I'm 18, 5'11 and 145 pounds by the way. |

you probably won;t much if any doing those...best exercises to get abs;
deadlifts
squats
plyometrics
sprints
diet
if your not doing all of these at some stage during the week than you'll struggle |
