1st week - upper body ..4 days

2nd week - Lower...4 days

alternate .

what do u think?

No.

Week 1: 2 days Upper 2 days lower

Week 2 exactly the same.

Your workout like you posted is potentially pointless, if you overtrain lower body one week, doing 4 sessions, stifle growth potential, then allow muscle to Atrophy for a whole week, from no solid resistance stimulation.

Same with upper body. You could do the same thing to it.

can i do upper body for 1 month only?...cuz i cant work on my lower body cuz i got my knee injured..havta rest for 1 month.

Yes. Better than lettign the Upper body atrophy/ I doubt you're going to cause a major imbalance in the strength levels of the two sections anyway.

If you're not sure about that, maybe do short upper body workouts where you perhaps just do 2 heavy sets on each bodypart, to maintain size, without too much additional upper body growth.

Then go for usual workouts, when lower body can be blitzed again.

Though if you think you won't have any real imbalance problems, in the muscle quality of both sections, working the upper as hard as usual for the next month, then work it as normal.

this is the only time i'll suggest a "bodybuilding" routine training 1 muscle each day or something like that with legs a no go
