Hi Folks,
I have created an exercise database and am looking for some feedback on the 'look and feel' of it. It is in the beginning phases but I have had some great feedback already. The site is www.workout101.ca.

| pop up was blocked (what ever that means) so couldn't navigate...i work in a high security area so it might not let me go there if it could cause a security risk???? |

There shouldn't be any pop-up windows but you will require Macromedia Flash player which allows for animation and ActiveX components to run. If you have very high security settings on your browser, you may have some difficulty. Try letting pop up through by holding CTRL.
