I thought intially you were having trouble with your stools, then I realised you meant Waist.
Tell us more. We know nothing about you physically, or how your food, activity levels etc etc pan out. |

| Not eating dinner is not helpful. Your body needs food. Eating healthy foods frequently throughout the day in small portions gives your body what it needs and allows you to burn fat. |

exercises to do are:
deadl;ifts
squats
plyometrics (jumping exercises)
sprints
these should comprise about 80% of your program |

I know it's really hard to be patient, but try not to focus too much on what's fastest, and focus more on what will be good long term. Both cardio and strength training are important. Neither need to take very long either. You can focus on each 2-3 times a week. Try to find a form of cardio that you like and can stick to. In the gym don't be afraid to hit the free weights. Make sure you work each muscle group.
