| Whenever i run, i always have problems with my leg, either it be a shin splint or feeling really beat up. Is there a correct way to run, or any other way to solve this?? |

| stretch your calves, quads and hip f;exors and maybe see a foot doctor to recommend the correct shoe wear for your foot shape |

Shin splints are usually caused by poor running form, which most people seem to ignore or be unaware of. When you run your foot going forward should not strike on the heel with the toe up. This means that you are over striding and tensing up muscles that don't need to be tensed up. Not only is it ineffective running, but it also puts a huge amount of stress on the shins. You should land with more weight toward the ball of your foot. Run by mirros or have someone take pics of your running so you can evaluate. 90% of the time this decreases shin splints a great deal. Relaxing during running makes it so much smoother and easier ont he body.
