| i personally use overhand grip as it allows me more control of how fare up to pull the bar and at what speed, bt that is just my preference |

| Either way is right. Just a matter of taste I reckon. I prefer overhand because of added control. (Less likelihood of 'jerking' the bar.) Smoother motion is better. |

| IMHO the reverse grip feels like I get a better range of motion and allows me to get a better squeeze at the top of the row. |
