|
|
I am a vegetarian and have been trying to build up some muscle by using protein powders. So far the ones I've tried - GNC whey proten and Gold Standard whey have horrible tastes. Does anyone know of a protein powder that has a good amount of protein per serving with no taste/good taste?
Thanks |

In case you didn't see it I asked a similar question a few days ago after buying a whey protein powder only to find it tasted awful. After I drank it I honestly was worried I would vomit. So I posted this topic and got some helpful replies that may help you as well:

All I did was add more water - it makes the taste a little less noticeable and more importantly the drink is less thick and easier to stomach. It still tastes bad but even after 4 days I'm already getting used to it and it gets easier to drink every day.
As for a better tasting option I can't say since this is my first time using whey protein powder |

Try the Nutrisport website, and look for "Protein 90+ Vegan", made from vegetable Proteins.
Good for Vegetarian and Vegan pallettes. |

Thankyou Brewer, I looked through the thread and decided to get Optimum whey.
Boss Man, it seems that nutrisport is based in the uk. I live in the US, so didn't want to pay Pounds for it. Thanks for your help. |

I know they're British, so am I, but I thought Nutrisport might export outside to places like the U.S.
I only use their Glutamine product, and buy it locally, so I don't have much knowledge of their sales and possible export practices. |
