My legs are much bigger than my upper body being a soccer player, I do sprints 2-3 times a week. Is that enough to maintain their size or even add to them? I feel they need more work just like the rest of my body.  |

| well if sprinting 3 times a week hard you probably wouldn't be able to train them much as they'd never recover, only if these are full blown sprints...if 1 - 2 sessions are mod/easy sprints than i would train them but i'd train the whole body with deadlifts in your case anyway |
