Well, unfortuantely you can't have a nice set of abs very quick. It takes time. A variety of exercises for abs/core will give you a strong mid section. Traditional crunches, work on the exercise ball and work with a medicine ball can really make a difference. However, you can have a great, strong mid section, but if it's covered with too much fat it won't show. There is a saying that abs are made in the kitchen. That means that lsoing the body fat that covers your abs is key, and proper nutrition is essential to achieving that.
