I'm 5'9, 176 lbs, I have been working out on and off for about 5 months now. I have seen alot of results in my chest and arms, but now I would like to focus on my abs. I do sit-ups and crunches every night but I have some fat on my stomach. How do I get rid of this to see the abs I know I have? Any advice would be helpful .... I am willing to do anything to be "ripped" in the stomach area.
Thanks Alot

Hi and welcome! Doing sit ups and crunches every night won't give you a good set of abs, unfortunately. Those msucles need to be rested just as much as any other muscle. Quality is more important than quantity.
Having a complete ab/core routine with some of the traditional crncues, work on the exercise ball, and work with a medicine ball among other things will give you better results.
All this aside, proper nutrition is essential for getting a nice set of abs. If you have fat covering your abs they just aren't going to show through. Proper nutrition is essnetial for losing that fat.
