| Hi I'm 34, I have gained 20 pounds, I hired a trainer, I joined a gym my husband has been supportive but since I can't work and spend so much time at home, I cant find a motivation, although I know how good it feels to look good, what can I do to set my mind into will power? I dont go out a lot, pretty much a loner....BUT: I havent shopped for bigger cloth, I still have hopes... |

You need to visualise yourself as you want to be. Imagine what you're wanting to achieve, and imagine how you'll feel after you achieve it, and what you'd feel like if you started to lose it again.
You need to visualise how much better you'll feel when your 65+. Remember short - term goals are fine, but long term goals should be better senior health, and better quality of old age, and if you reach old age, and regret not doing enough, and wondering if any pain and stiffness is natural, or something you could have prevented, you'd never know either way, because you can't have any take twos, life is just that life. One per customer, no refunds, no swapping it if you don't like it, or trading it in for a new one.
So focus on your wants, how they will impact on your life, when you achieve them, and if you lose them, and also your long - term physical needs too, and I think that could help you. |

Hang in there. You CAN do it! You will be so proud of yourself when you do. Motivational quotes help. You can have a habit of reading one or two in th emorning and really thinking about them. |
