shape of your chest depends on your physical makeup(LEARNED THAT ONE FROM SWANSOO!)

exactly dalts...

your born with a particular muscle shape, you can't really change it although getting ridiculaously huge and cut would give the illusion you have so good luck with that

Square Pecs, hardly. Unless you had them surgically restyled, Square would be very hard Wink.

Now if you said Watermelon shaped, then yes your Pecs are going places.

As stated before, Genetics does emphasise shape. For instance I have, and probably some others do to, a kind of boney channel between my Pecs.

Just a quirk of nature, I'm sure it's always been there, but possibly it might inhibit a slight bit of Pec width, but I'm not concerned by it, though for some it may be there, but only shoelace sized, which is again genetics playing their part.

Whatever the shape of your Chest / Torso, there's no reason why you can't get good proportioned Pecs, if you give them like other muscles, time, dedication and care.

i think he means "flatter" pecs. and if he does mean that, im asking the same question. what workouts will make my pecs flatter and get rid of the "boob"? it gets in the way of life way too much.
