Hi all,
Found this site over the weekend, very pleased with it - keep up the good work.
I currently come in at around 95kg and am really needing to change this. I've started with the following work out as well as changing my diet.
(I've been doing this for a couple of weeks now and starting to see (slight!) results - so I'm hopeful)
I try to go to the gym 4-5 times a week and have a good 15 min strech and steam once finished. I do the cardio each day and then one of the weight section.
Work out:
Cardio; (increasing by 1 min per week)
Bike: 16min
Running machine: 10 mins
Rowing machine: 6 mins
Xtrainer: 16 mins
Abs (crunchers)
Weights: (don't know the numbers off head, they are on my booklet at the gym though)
3 different exercises (3 sets each)
Shoulders
Chest
Triceps
Biceps
Back
Eating:
breakfast: Bran flakes and banana
Lunch: Sandwich or baked potato
Snack: Apple / orange
Main mean (stir fry, steak + veg, fish + veg, chicken rice etc)
I also drink about 3l of water a day.
My main weight issues are on my chest / tummy.
How would any of you guys improve this? I've read alot about Protein drinks should i be having one of these on an evening with this? Any help advice would be appreciated. |

You need a good source of protein with each meal and snack.
Protein shakes are helpful to achieve this, especially when you're on
the go. Good luck! |
