| Why do you want one just for that area, and not for the rest of your body. Or are you aleady training the rest of your body? |

Well you can usually do things like most types of Squat, Lunges and Walking Lunges should do it for you as well, and possibly Good Mornings.
Those would be ideas for you consider at least. |

Good mornings from recollection, are like a kind of Squat, but you stick the butt out, and don't actually Squat down.
I have never done them personally. |

i'm not a fan of good mornings...most people will use their lower back to do it risking injury, stiffness etc if loading up with wt
best arse exercises:
- deep, arse to the ground box squats (sit down onto a box, relax for 1sec then explode up)
- snatch grip deadlifts (wide, wide, wide grip...off a 4" step is even better if your flexibility allows)
- mini band side steps
- long stride walking lunges
- long stride reverse lunges
- semi squat side shuffles each way (thgink defensive slide in basketball, netball)
- sprints
- single leg lataeral jumps sticking the landing on opposite leg |

What's worked for me:
squats
lunges
step ups onto a box or platform
stiff leg deadlifts
hacksquats and leg presses
If you only had to do one of the above, it's squats handsdown. They make your butt look great. |
