|
|
My legs are as small as chicken legs.. I would like to see them grow a little bigger so that it matches with my body which is shaped very well.
How many times should I do leg exercise in a week? And which area must I concentrate on? Which workouts are best for pumping and increasing the THIGH part.
Thank you in advance. |

You need to work Quads, and Hamstrings for Legs.
I'd say you're looking at around 2x a week, with roughly 3-5 sets on Quads and Hamstrings per session, and 3-4 sets on Calves. |

- the 1st step is admitting you have a problem
- legs twice week with 1 using heavy wt the other moderate wt which will also dictate what exercises you'll use
- concentrate on all areas, you can't train just one by itself
- getting a pump doesn't mean your getting bigger...increasing the wt you use each week does though
- make sure you do the same sets and reps for glutes/hams than you do for thighs
session 1
deadlifts 4 x 6
single leg stiff leg deadlift 3 x 10
sb hamstring curls 2 x 15
session 2
front squats 3 x 8
static lunge with back foot elevated 3 x 12
glute ham raises 3 x 8
train 1st in week w/ 3 days btw workouts |
