I started working out 3 1/2 weeks ago and the good news is I think I'm starting to see slight changes already! Very Happy

Now for the bad news: One thing I've noticed is my breasts getting smaller! Now I already didn't have much (a small B) but now I'm down to an A. Is there anyway to stop this? I have been doing both strength training and cardio 5x a week for 30 min/3 miles.

I'm guessing the answer is "no" so I guess I will be exploring breast augmentation..... something I have thought about in the past.

Bulding up the Chest area with weights, is one way to look at it.

I guess it's good I'm losing weight, but I wish it was from my butt!!

I'm dying to weigh myself, but I'm afraid I'll be disappointed.... I'm going to hold off for another month.

Ah yes, I can relate to this one. I have lost alot of weight recently and have found my boobs are disappearing on me these last couple of months. Went from a 40DD to a 36C and the sad thing is they are still shrinking. Have to ask my friends daughter for her training bra at this rate..lol.
My body looks better besides that shrinkage, I guess that's the price we have to pay. If only we could shift the fat to where we wanted it eh?

This happens to every woman who loses weight. Don't worry, you are losing fat fromt eh butt, it just doesn't seem it. It's kind of a trade off. Breasts shrink with the rest of you.

You can try doing some chest exercises with challenging weights. It's unlikely though since you are a woman and that you are eating a calorie deficit that you will build up much of any muscle.

I went to Victoria's Secret and got a nice push up bra.... LOL. Since my chest is more defined now, they actually don't look too bad!!!
