| need your help, recently whenever I do some cardio workout I noticed my head aches, it's like i'm having a head rush. I usually workout early in the morning, what can be the possible reason behind this?it kind of bothers me coz Ive been working for quite some time and this is the first time i felt this. what to do? |

Eat Carbs before you workout.
You're probably doing Cardio on an empty Stomach, which means your Brain is wanting some Carbs or Sugars, to help it function well, and Bloodsugar is low first thing, so you're doing something that normally uses up Bloodsugar levels, when they're already low.
At least have something like a Bowl of Cereal, or a Yoghurt first perhaps, and then keep well hydrated during workouts.
I can't tell you this is definitely the answer to your problem, but it might be. |

| I agree. It sounds like low blood sugar. Not a good idea to do your cardio if you're having low blood sugar. It's not actually safe, because you can start to feel faint. You don't have to eat a huge meal, but do eat something before your cardio. |
