| I know the benchpress squat rows & shoulder press are compound movements are there any more? can these be done with dbs instead of bbs |

Jari Love: Get Ripped to the Core is a good work out video. She got some good compound movements and works a lot with dumbbells. I use it when I don’t have time to go to the gym.  |

compound exercises are those that use more than 1 joint of ther body...obviously the more you can use (deadlifts use the 4 major ones - anklle, knee, hip, shoulder) the better
deadlift variatiions
squat variatiuoins
lunge variations
bench press / push up variations
pull up / chin up variations
shoulder press variations |
