Hi,
I kind of need to start a new routine because I haven't done nothing as far as work out for 4 months.(busy at work, slower now). I was doing full body lifting + cardio, but want to work on cardio to get in shape. I have 2 things that you need to be aware of. I hurt my left arm, it hurts to put on shirt or coat etc. The pain is right at the spot between the shoulder muscle & the bicep. I have NO idea how I hurt it, it happen shortly after I slowed or stopped working out & has hurt ever since. (I don't see how its related). I won't be able to use arm much for cardio so rowing and using arm on bike may not work. I am just going to deal with it as I can't get it checked out now because of money constraints. I also have mild asthma so I would like something to start slowly and work my self up. Any suggestions would be great. I work out at the Ymca & they have treadmills, eliptical, rowing, & bikes. Its been a while since I posted do I'll read up on other stuff.
Thanks |

How??? I didn't do anything...get fixed? Surgery? I always lifted with care & didn't do anything to drastic with lifting. I started slow then slowly builded up. I seriously have no clue how I could have done major damage...o well...btw my kids are seniors in High school..need to fix this for my grandkids.
I still need cardio..I can do that without arms so any plan would help or I'll just treadmill & bike away. |
