cardio or ab exercises for the purpose of???
abs are built through a clean diet, not from either of the above |

Looking great! It's nice to see someone so young focusing on exercise.
Strength training and cardio are both important components of a fitness routine. And yes diet to help you look great and stay healthy!! |

| Hey man, congratulations on your success. I'm curious though, what does your exercise(weights and cardio) routine look like. I have pictures on here under the "Timeline of me" and I've lost over 50 pounds now I just need to perfect my physique. Thanks |

Hi,
You look great, your hard work has been paying off. I would say your cardio and ab exercises are working just fine. I would concentrate on the chest, make sure you include both incline and decline presses and it will polish off your torso nicely.
