Swanso, what is a prone ab brace? I tried to do a search on Google, but I still do not have an explanation.

Yea for prone i cna do them perfecty for more than 2 mins ... For the abs tough i don't pass a lot of time to train them isolately ...

Decline Crunch on bench variations, Leg Raises variations still works ... But as Cressey said : do your deads ? lol

My weight training days are monday, tuesday and wednesday and ab exercises (plank exercises that you suggested) on thursday.

why not do upper body mon/wed and upper body tue/thu?
