Hi everyone ,
here's my problem and i hope someone can help me out. I used to work out alot about 5-6 years ago and i had huge hard pecs. Unfortunately i stopped working out and now i got big flobby pecs and im afraid that if i start to bench press again i will gain again the pecs that i had. I don't want big pecs anymore...i'd like to have flat yet hard pecs. How can i achieve that? which exercices should i do? or should i concentrate only on cardio?
thanks all |

the muscle is still under there by the sounds of it you just need to strip off whatever fat youmhaveover them...you'll still need to train them though
you are the only blokewho has posted that they don't want a big chest in the whole wide world too...congratulations |

yes the muscle is there but i dont want to pump them up again to have huge pecs and then when i stop training again i'll be stuck with the same problem.
and actually no, i'm not the only one looking to loose pec muscle. Google it and you'll see.
Thanks for your answer though. |

- you shouldn't stop training anyway
- train them with low volume and time under tension so you increase strength but not mass (4 x 3, 6 x 2 etc)
- simpy lose fat from all over the body and that fat should go with it |
