Cheers.
Was aware that they might not be completely accurate, was just using them to see what fat I was losing.
Gone from about 170 (8.5%) to 165lbs (7%). Don't want to lose any more weight, just the fat.

| you'll need to build more muscle then if you don't want to decrease wt so train harder and eat more |
