| Oh, is that true that we should be looking foward while doing deadlifts ? For the exercise's form I mean. |

where else do you look?
your chest should be up and expanded so to make sure of this then it's good to raise your head up yes |

Yes look forward. Probably the most common and easily commited fau pah, is to Do things like Deadlifts, and have your head tilted a bit forward, so you look more at the ground than straight ahead.
Done that many a time, when I used to Deadlift, I eventually stopped doing it, but it largely became an inbuilt thing initially, which I had to mentally force myself to correct.
It's probably a throwback to doing it from the very start, when I stared at the Bar before picking it up, to check for Hand placement, and never stopped looking a bit too far down throughout.
Best way to ensure correct Head and Neck postion, is Deadlift infront of a mirror, so you can see you're looking where you should be. |

| I tend to look at the ground while lifting and ending head and body straight looking foward ... is that bad ? Should I keep my head looking foward during the whole lift ? |

| Don't look at the bar and never look to the side either. I say don't look at the bar from more of a mental aspect: if you don't see the weight, it's easier to pull. |

Doing them in front of a mirror reeeeally helps!
It helped me, and i know i am someone who can't learn how to do exercises correctly easily. |
