| i know that if your skinny and want to gain weight, you must weight train and eat tons of calories, but what if im more medium sized or fat? can i still gain lots of muscle by eating a lot of calories and weight training..? or is there a different method |

| i would lean down 1st or you'll just have to lose twice as much too lean down later...i would lean down down to single digit body fat % then bulk untill i was at about 15% then lean down again and so on |

Hi,
You will probably gain muscle easier than a person who is very thin. You may just need to eat a little bit less, but you will still have to train hard and eat plenty of calories, and the RIGHT calories.

Weight training will increase muscle mass, thus raising your metabolism and promote wt.loss. Continue to do cardio if you are not already. |
