If you're talking about those Spring type mechanisms with Felt or rubber grips on that look like a letter A, then yes they do, but they're pretty crap, and working the Forearms with more intensity, restance or strain at the Joint end is not the best.
Forarm work like Reverse grip Curls are better than Gripper things, and variations of Wrist Curls, and more emphasis should be being placed on the Main Forearm muscles around the Brachioradialis area, and not near th ethin part and the Joint.
So frankly, if thsoe gripper things are what you're talking about, I'd can them. |
