- add fruit to breakfast
- have full apple at 9 and 2 eggs...don;t go hungry
- no apple at lunch...add veg though
- pre cook some meat (casselrole, stew etc) and take with you...if you have 9am meal at home than cook something here as suggested above and have eggs now as they are easy to prepare and store with you at work...can have nuts but you want solid protein and veg above those or you'll overeat later
- before bed solid proetin and veg/salad |

Bud get a grip on those Eggs. Scramble your Eggs, so you can have Whites and a Yolk. Boiling them eliminates Yolk reduction, meaning you are free to consume too many Yolks. You're already going to ingest from 4 Eggs, 20g LDL Cholesterol a day, which is 180 calories of bad Cholesterol. If you can't find a way to limit yourself to one Yolk a day, then you'll have to sub some of the Eggs.
Your body may not thank you in a few years, being forced to have that much LDL daily. |
