Use some Simple Carb potentially before cycling, and give it about 20 minutes to start breaking down, so you get the energy you need right away.
You could add Glucose to Water, but don't need to use a lot.
Don't train weights before Cycling, you could use up Glycogen making it harder to cycle the full distance. |
